As part of its 90th anniversary celebrations during 2025, the Camera Club of Johannesburg hosted a National Digital Salon of Photography. The Salon was conducted within the requirements and practices prescribed by the PSSA, with 329 photographers entering, submitting a total of 4188 images in six categories. The medal-winning images in each category are shown below. The list of results and the salon catalogues can be downloaded using the links at the bottom of the page.
Nature (Birds only) – Colour images only, and manipulation not allowed
In this category, 17 Certificates of Merit were awarded and 153 images received acceptances, out of a total of 712 images submitted. The winning and runner-up images are:

CCJ Silver Medal: Caught ya – Sandy van Heerden, Durban Camera Club
Nature (no Birds) – Colour images only, and manipulation not allowed
In this category, 13 Certificates of Merit were awarded and 150 images received acceptances, out of a total of 690 images submitted. The winning and runner-up images are:

In this category, 22 Certificates of Merit were awarded and 200 images received acceptances, out of a total of 923 images submitted. The winning and runner-up images are:

In this category, 16 Certificates of Merit were awarded and 162 images received acceptances, out of a total of 748 images submitted. The winning and runner-up images are:
