In-person meetings are however currently suspended due to the Covid-19 prevention measures.

All digital images for regular judging, set subjects, trophy event and competitions are to be submitted prior to the communicated deadline, which is usually by the weekend prior to the Monday meeting. In order to avoid incorrect projection or outright rejection, the club’s rules governing the formatting and submission of digital images must be strictly adhered to. The Digital Submissions Document below outlines these rules.
